Sýningin IMEX America verður haldin í Las Vegas 13.-15. október 2026.
Sýningin er haldin í Mandalay Bay og stendur yfir í þrjá daga með fyrirframbókaða fundi í fundarkerfi á vegum sýningarhaldara.
Íslandsstofa heldur utan um þátttöku fyrir samstarfsfyrirtæki Meet in Reykjavik á norrænum bás í samstarfi við hin Norðurlöndin. Fyrirtæki með viðurkennda sjálfbærnivottun (s.s. Iso 14001, Svansvottun, Vakann ofl.) njóta forgangs í þátttöku á sýningum og öðrum sértækum verkefnum á vegum Meet in Reykjavík.
Verð:
Áætlað verð miðað við 10 þátttökufyrirtæki er 850.000kr. Greiðslur skiptast í tvennt, staðfestingargjald 50% innheimt í byrjun mars og svo lokagjald innheimt í október.
Athugið að ferðakostnaður er ekki innifalinn. Við mælum með því að sýnendur bóki sig sjálf á Park MGM Las Vegas. Mælum með því að bóka strax, það er hægt að bóka beint á vef hótelsins herbergi í 6 nætur fyrir 220 USD nóttin, 4 daga free cancellation og greiða strax.
Innifalið í þátttökugjaldi er:
- Aðgang að fundarborði sem deilist með öðrum sýnendum á básnum
- Aðgangur að fundarbókunarkerfi sýningarinnar
- Upplýsingar um markaðinn, tilbúið í mars
- Kaffiveitingar fyrir gesti/sýnendur
- Áfangastaðakynningar þar sem Ísland er kynnt ásamt öðrum Norðurlöndum fyrir gestum sem skrá sig

The IMEX America trade show will be held in Las Vegas from 13–15 October 2026.
The exhibition takes place at Mandalay Bay and runs for three days, featuring pre-scheduled meetings through the official appointment booking system organised by the event organisers.
Business Iceland (Íslandsstofa) manages the participation of partner companies of Meet in Reykjavík on a Nordic stand, in collaboration with the other Nordic countries. Companies holding recognised sustainability certifications (such as ISO 14001, Nordic Swan Ecolabel, Vakinn, etc.) are given priority for participation in trade shows and other specialised projects organised by Meet in Reykjavík.
Price:
The estimated participation fee, based on 10 participating companies, is ISK 850,000. Payments are split into two instalments: a 50% confirmation fee invoiced at the beginning of March, followed by the final payment invoiced in October.
Please note that travel costs are not included. We recommend that exhibitors book their own accommodation at Park MGM Las Vegas. We advise booking as soon as possible; rooms can be booked directly on the hotel’s website for six nights at USD 220 per night, with four-day free cancellation and immediate payment.
Included in the participation fee:
- Access to a meeting table shared with other exhibitors on the stand
- Access to the show’s appointment booking system
- Market information, available in March
- Coffee service for visitors/exhibitors
- Destination presentations where Iceland is presented together with the other Nordic countries to registered visitors
