MEETING ROOMS

Hilton Reykjavik Nordica offers 15 meeting and event spaces in various settings. On the ground floor in the heart of the building is the majestic 530m2 conference hall – lavish space that doubles as ballroom/banqueting suite for big occasions and outside the room are 440 m2 of pre-function/exhibition space.

On the first floor, there is a separate conference centre, with nine superbly equipped meeting rooms, and two stylish private boardrooms – one with soundproofed phone zone for confidential calls.

All meeting and function rooms are equipped with a fully staffed business centre and fitted with the latest technology, suitable for all styles of presentations.

EVENT SPACES

VOX CLUB is a multi-purpose event space on the ground floor with movable furniture and fixtures and can accommodate up to 350 guests. The VOX CLUB  can also open up to the conference centre and Banquet hall creating endless possibilities.

VOX HOME is a new and exciting event area on the ground floor. The area consists of three dining rooms, each of which is suitable for private events or smaller groups. The partitions can be removed to accommodate up to 300 guests.

VOX LOUNGE is ideal for meetings, presentations and receptions.

Hilton provides first class service and prepares all meeting rooms with the required facilities prior to arrival to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of any meeting or conference.

VOX RESTAURANT
Through winter, summer, spring and autumn you can enjoy the best available at VOX Restaurant. Vox is a seasonal restaurant that places New Nordic Cuisine in the forefront. Wholesome food is a big part of the VOX experience and we do our best to use cream and butter in just the right quantities and only where appropriate. Creativity is a keyword at VOX, whether in our lunch buffet, famous brunch on the weekends, high tea every day or our exciting daily menu.
At the Hilton Reykjavik Nordica bar and lobby is the hotel’s heartbeat, both a relaxing retreat and gateway to the lively Bar. There’s also time to reflect, in the Library, curled up around a fire built around the ashes of an Icelandic volcano.
